I am an out of network provider with all insurance.  Please contact your insurance provider to inquire about your out of network benefits to see if you are eligible for reimbursement for therapy.  The CPT codes are 90837 for individual therapy or 90847 and 90846 for family therapy for a medically qualifying mental health diagnosis.  Also ask if there is a max billable or allowed amount for a Marriage and Family Therapist.
